This new $2 billion mixed-use development will be set on 5 acres where Walmart once planned a store that was never completed. The first 28-story tower on the property known as Midtown Park Residences by Proper was also announced today, with 288 branded residences. A further 5 towers are planned

Another Live Local Act proposal will potentially rise 36 stories in Midtown with a total of 598 apartments.
All of the workforce housing units (240) would be studio apartments. Amenities include an eighth-story swimming pool, a fitness center, and pickleball courts. Among other offerings, there would also be a yoga studio and grilling area.

A new 20 story office building has been recommended by the Urban Development Review Board. The building is proposed at the corner of N Miami Avenue and 36th Street where the billboard currently stands. This is directly in front of you when you exit the freeway onto N Miami Avenue.

Midtown is about to get it's first 600 ft Tower! The proposed building will be on 36th Street between the railroad and NE 1 AV and is proposed at 48 stories.

The Design District Gateway is being proposed to be built where Denny's is currently operating. The project may include a grocery store and now has UDRB and FAA approval.

A meeting was held on 11/21 to gauge the neighborhood support for the rezoning of a parcel within BVE.
